Julius Pembere

Julius Kudzaishe Zvikomborero Pembere is a development practitioner and researcher based in Harare, Zimbabwe. He has experience in policy advocacy, community mobilization (including work with Bikita Ward Monitors), and youth engagement, with a strong interest in environmental justice and air quality governance. Julius works at the intersection of data, public policy, and citizen participation, and is passionate about empowering communities to use evidence-based approaches to advocate for healthier environments.
