Lalaina Randriarimanana is a pan-African civic educator with roots in youth development and a lifelong love of nature shaped through scouting. The Founder of Lead Institute for Transformation (LIfT) in Madagascar, she promotes grassroots leadership through action research, inclusive governance, environmentally conscious and mental health-informed approaches. She trained in economics at the University of Antananarivo and later pursued postgraduate studies in development and conflict at King’s College London and School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, in the UK.
