Tala Khrais

Tala Khrais is a development practitioner driven by a commitment to environmental justice and inclusive climate action. With over 15 years working across governance, gender equality, and sustainable development in Jordan, she has supported policies and community initiatives linking women’s leadership to climate resilience and environmental decision-making. Holding an MSc in Agriculture and Environmental Sciences from McGill University, Tala focuses on empowering local actors, especially women and youth, to lead solutions addressing climate.
